Holiday Inn Express Ft. Lauderdale Airport/Cruise

For the price they charge you, it is ok. Do not expect too much when staying there. Employees are not always polite.

The front desk personnel was very rude upon my arrival. She acted like I was bothering her which is unacceptable and childish.

Affordable and accessible to everything. If you're an air crew member, this is the best place to stay at. Everything is very close!

Nice place

Nice place, I wish they had vegetarian hot breakfast, but took one star because my room wasn't cleaned when returned in the evening despite asking front desk before I left for my meeting in the morning.

checked in the 9th of this month.When I came in introduce myself (she looked Spanish or else don't know)she didn't response. She was so rude,she won't answered your question ,no customer service, very disrespectful, home smells dusty and duty, full with hair and dusted. You have to go down to get your towels with her filthy hands touching the computer with germs.Please people do not book at this hotel ,as soon as I got home get sick with a cold ,forgot to mention shower full with molds.

This hotel was a great place to stay for or pre-cruise night. Close to places to eat, grocery store, and cruise port. Room was spacious and allowed for a relaxing night sleep before getting on our cruise. Free shuttle from airport to hotel - just call when you arrive and they will tell you where to meet. You can take a shuttle to the cruise port for a few or also get an Uber/ Lyft for a reasonable fee.

I got this room for my brother at the last minute, he loved his stay at this location. Was able to get a late checkout, tried to call back to the hotel to extend for one more night but the number was not working
