Holiday Inn Express Dublin

One of the best places to stay when you visit Dublin, GA. This place is beautiful and welcoming. The rooms are luxurious, and they have a free breakfast. It is also within walking distance to multiple types of eating establishments and close to Interstate 16.

In line to check in and the receptionist says sorry, I have to leave and go somewhere for my boss and walks out. She supposedly has her boss on her phone. Wouldn't a boss tell an employee to take care of the customers in line before leaving??? If this reservation wasn't made through work, I'd be walking out and finding another hotel.

Staff were exceptional and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms were prepared and neat. Really enjoyed the stay and will recommend them to anyone for future use.

Overall it was a great stay and convenient. Dublin actually reminded me of home; it was like being in the Country which I enjoy!

From the time of arrival to departure my stay was excellent. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Room was clean. Whenever help was needed it was always taken care of in a prompt manner. Never had to wait on a response. Night shift evening desk clerk was great. Day shift desk clerk was exceptional as well. Breakfast could have been better. I thought waffle machine would be available. Breakfast was a lil cold for my taste. I Will be back.

Everyone was great at the front desk. Breakfast was ALSOME, that lady was ALSOME all the way round. Please keep her, rare to find, felt like I was at home in my mom's kitchen.

All in all a consistent experience for Holiday Inn Express as expected. Some cleaning issues missed in the room and a couple things like no exhaust fan in the bathroom are annoying, but not deal breakers. Great location off the highway and we have stayed here a few times now.

Gave my room away that I had paid for. I was reimbursed and the manager was awesome (he's why it's a 2 star not a 1 star rating). Luckily I found another hotel that was lovely.

Checked in hotel room had bug in bed, called staff was told he will be up to the room , waited never came called back 20 minutes later same reply so I walked back down stairs asked if he would just change the room . So he gave me a different room, In the closet there were empty beer cans. When I left the room keys would chime out. I have to walk around the building to get to front desk to get back into my room. Was asked for ID which I couldn't provide because it was locked up in my room that I couldn't get back in. After me getting very upset he finally gave me a another key. All this was Friday night. After the funeral on Saturday I thought I would be going back to a clean room so again I called front desk and was told I had to be a guest for 5 days to get room service so I asked if I can get some clean towles and trash bags. Was told he didn't have any towles but I can come get trash bags. The beer cans that I had to pick up had already filled up the trash cans. I had a very inconvenience stay..
