Nice quiet location, amazing staff....2 stars off due to cleanliness in common area and gym was somehow neglected....

The check in experience was excellent. The gentleman at the front desk was courteous and friendly. The front lobby and breakfast area was decorated nicely for the holidays and the breakfast area was clean.
However, upon exiting the elevator, the hallway was filthy dirty! The entryway to the room had loose tiles, the room had cobwebs around the ceiling. The shower needed a thorough cleaning.
The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean but overall this hotel was definitely not up to minimum standards for a Holiday Inn Express.

We stayed at this property on our way to Alabama and will stay again the next time we come through. Very convenient location near shopping and food. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff delivered excellent service!

Management has it together.
The staff enjoys their job.
Everyone is friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice size and you know they are sanitary.

It appears this hotel needs a face-lift. Staff was great, location is hidden but close to what you need. Room was clean. Shower kept jumping back and forth from cold to hot. The place needs a little TLC.

This was the absolute perfect experience for my little girl's birthday. We drove down to visit the store and purchased the hotel's AG experience package. They went above and beyond - they added pink lamps, rugs, pillows and cute decorations all over the room. There were robes for their dolls and even sleeping bags for their dolls as well. It was a great experience!
