Clean nice and polite staff

This was a quick stop for a business meeting.. The location was perfect, the room was clean and safe. The front desk staff was great both in and out. I had a nice comfy bed in my room with a clean bathroom. Breakfast was as expected and on time, I had to be up early.

my baby forgot her nintendo switch game. I called in the afternoon and the young man told me to call the next day in the morning because at that time the housekeeping is there.. it was a room with 2 beds and in the middle of the beds is a drawer, the hair dryer is white and next to it was the video game .. I called in the morning and they told me that the woman who cleaned the room did not find anything. How absurd she could look at the hair dryer but the game is obvious that she kept it and will not return it .. I give them zero stars for pickpockets and for not being honest .. but karma will come to them.
and the receptionists only told me that there is nothing to do. because when they cleaned the room there was nothing .. the one who cleaned the room had eyes to see the bathroom dryer, but not the big game Smh????

Relaxing and very accommodating. Place was nice and clean good size room

I like the hotel, but they have a significant theft problem in the parking lot. Especially if you have tools.

It took over 45 minutes of waiting in line to check in. Only 1 staff member working the front desk. Hallways were very dirty and stained. Carpet was lifted everywhere. Room carpets were dirty also. Shower water pressure was very bad. The tv was so wobbly and wasn't connected to the cable so we had to do it ourselves. My feet were black within the first 10 minutes of being In The room. Went to unload the car and the key wouldn't work In The back door so I had to carry all of our stuff around to the front.

The hotel was great . I really enjoyed my stay the service was great staff very friendly and helpful. I will be making my registration next month soon.

Only after payment and full check-in was I advised my bird in a cage and all pets are not allowed. Very frustrating. Advised the host that when they ask "how many people". They need to ask "any pets?" At the safe time. Would have made decision to move on much quicker and avoid the refund process.
