When we get "upgraded" but our room is on the first floor around the corner from the front desk so all you hear is constant talking and getting woken up at 5am to the microwave beeping and slamming along with the metal pans used for breakfast sounding like they are getting thrown around. So much for getting good sleep before a long drive home. I'd have rather stuck with the "downgraded" room and got some sleep.

Excellent location with food in walking distance. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable. Extremely quiet. Never heard anyone in the hall.

The front desk lady was excellent. A short ride to the football stadium and downtown Annapolis waterfront and Naval Academy. Many excellent restaurants close by.

Jose, the receptionist gave us excellent service. He was helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and very friendly. The hotel was comfortable and clean. We were able to get a room change from two queen beds to a king easily and quickly. The breakfast was hot and the area was very clean. All the staff really seemed to be putting in 110%.
