Holiday Inn Express Amarillo

Nice room and very nice staff. Josh the restaurant manager and BJ were really attentive to our needs and comfort. They are both assets to Holiday inn clubs and hotels. I will definitely be back

We called and asked the office for a stepping stool to get into the bed which they said they had, when we got downstairs they said they did not have any and they did not know what we were talking about. My mom had to adjust the temperature several times in the middle of the night because it would not remain steady in the room. Too cold and too hot

So comfortable! We didn't even leave the bed for the breakfast. No I'm not kidding then I even had to get a late check out! Oh and then the shower, OMG … They just make so you don't want to ever ever leave.

The Front Desk ladies were really nice and accommodating with my questions about the restaurants and information around the area. My wife and I stay here every time we pass through Amarillo. The Hot Breakfast is back and is delicious…and the coffee was fresh and hot too! We will continue to stay at this hotel.

Especially impressed with location, several good restaurants across the parking lot or within a short walk.

Very standard Holiday Inn Express. Everything was as I anticipated and the staff was friendly.

Squished muffin in the sofa bed sheets, stains all over the king bed sheets. We are not picky but we would love clean sheets for our room. When we notified staff of the problem they switched us to another room that was a lot smaller and then they tried to charge us for the larger room when we checked out. It was eventually all fixed but there wasn't any apologies and I was very disappointed with the entire experience.
