Holiday Inn Express Amarillo West

I had reserved a room weeks in advance. I pulled up at 8:30 at night with two small children only to find out that they had cancelled my reservation that day and sold my room to someone else. They claimed that they called me, but of course I was driving all day in the middle of nowhere unable to answer the phone. I had a reservation and they did not honor it. Needless to say, I will never return. I was a good customer of theirs, having stayed in the hotel at least 5 times before that night.

The worst hotel to stay and the best hotel for get robbed…and don't even ask about the hotel management that's another level..if you want to loose everything and expect hotel management not to care about then this should be the destination to stay

I have stayed in this hotel multiple times throughout the last year for business. I have had a fantastic stay every single time. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and happy to assist with anything you need. They really make the stay a wonderful experience. The hotel is clean, and in a good location near many nice restaurants and shopping. The rooms are spacious and QUIET. Breakfast is complimentary, and is the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. There is a fitness center, snack bar, and other amenities on site.

Hotel is clean quite and friendly staff. Breakfast was on time and tasty. This hotel is located in the perfect area for dining at the end of the day
