Holiday Inn Express Aiken

This is the best holiday inn I have stayed at. The room was very clean and nice. The staff were all efficient and kind. Lastly the breakfast was very good, whoever cooked the bacon should be proud.

Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and appreciated. Comfortable, clean, safe and lovely place to stay. Highly recommend.

The overall service from the time I arrived until my departure from the staff, room, room service and food was excellent. The hotel is in an excellent area with other food chains, shopping etc. I will definitely stay here again!

I came to Aiken a year ago to work at the SRS site just down the road from this hotel site. I could have gotten an apartment but after one week here I could not see a reason for doing so. The staff (ALL) were helpful and friendly and always made me feel at home. Great rooms, great pillows and great breakfast made the visit 5 star. Hopefully the Greenville location will be just as good as I move on. Thanks for the great stay and Happy Holidays to the staff!

The beds were not comfortable during our stay. We had two beds in our room and my son and I both were uncomfortable and didn't sleep much which didn't help with having to go to a wedding and then driving 4 hours home the next day.

The staff at this hotel were great. We were welcomed when we arrived and asked if there was anything they could do for us. The actual maids we ran into were so helpful, asking if we needed anything. In fact everyone that worked there was so pleasant and helpful.
