Excellent customer service! There was a high school reunion going on and they appeared shorthanded like everyone else in the service industry, but staff made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. Everyone on staff was pitching in and doing whatever was needed. Even though they were very busy, they still had time to joke with us a bit. (We were also very patient, as we always try to be good customers.) We had dinner at the restaurant which has a small menu but everything was well prepared. The room was clean and quiet(no bugs). Good shower with plenty of hot water.Direct TV with a lot of channels. The room was showing its wear a bit, worn spots on carpet, chipped paint where you'd expect it. That does not bother me, but I know some people expect everything in a hotel to be pristine all the time. They are renovating, but we stayed on a weekend so there wasn't noise or dust.

When you arrive you are greeted with a hello, and a smile. Check in is very quick, and the staff is very professional. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom and shower are roomy. The lobby has very nice furniture, and also has large screen televisions. Very affordable.

Will be back next time I am in Daytona Beach again. All the staff was so helpful and kind whenever I had a question or needed something, enjoyed the restaurant especially the breakfast menu. I heard they're changing up the menu a bit and doing renovation in the restaurant in January so I'm looking forward to seeing what changes get made. The rooms were comfortable and loved the fact it had a microwave in room. I stayed on the first floor so getting to the laundry room and pool to catch some sun was easy.

Lack of any noticeable Covid protocols brings the rating down. Guests walking around unmasked. Some staff unmasked as well. CDC guidelines at the time of my stay call for masking indoors. No masking at all at this hotel.

Everyone coming from North of Canaveral should consider a stopover at this hotel. Easy access from I-95. Complimentary parking. Roughly an hour from the port.

My stay was very comfortable even though I was in town for work, I spent two weeks here and the staff were very attentive and professional. Everyone was hospitable especially Lisa and a young woman who works evening shift, sorry I can't remember her name; they both went above and beyond and I would definitely stay again.
