Very disappointing for a Holiday Inn and the issues go beyond covid. The hotel is clearly showing its age and in need of a remodel. My room upon check in had a non functioning entry light. Part of the ceiling had peeled away. The dead bolt did not engage all the way. Then it was the little things that got annoying. No lid on the ice bucket. No USB ports on any of the outlets. No sleep timer on the TV. The bathtub/shower was a death trap just waiting for me to slip as the non slip stickers were worn. I lost my footing twice in a week saved only by the hold bar. The ledge under the bathroom mirror/light is not wide enough to hold normal toiletries.
As for amenities, the restaurant was closed except for dinner. Ice machines every other floor. A single washer and dryer for the entire hotel and no additional laundry service. (And the dryer was broken until Wednesday).
The positives: the people were generally nice and the bed was decent.
All in all, very disappointing for a Holiday Inn property.

Excellent hotel close to the area sit down breakfast much better then the other hotels in the area Parking on site highly recommended

The basketball court is great to play around in. They have a small buffet as well for breakfast which I like. It's not very large, but it has what I like to eat.

The Holiday Inn Bunker Hill in located just outside of Boston and offers great amenities!! The staff are always friendly and proficient! Great hotel and a great value!

Awesome and affordable hotel that's near Logan. I had a great visit. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. I would definitely stay at this location again in the future.

Convenient location. Close to Family. Parking should be included.

Positive: The location was perfect Negative: There was no microwave in the room. You have to go back and forth in the lobby downstairs and the hotel had multiple floors. I was tired of that.

With the Covid-19 Pandemic as an excuse, it appears that hotel chains have a legitimate excuse to cut their services. Unfortunately, some hotels have also used that as an excuse to raise their prices for the services that they are no longer are supplying. I understood them not changing linens and towels but not performing simple room cleaning such as trash removal was disappointing. (Perhaps there should have been a mini-dumpster on each floor.) The two (2) replacement towels that we requested and were promised were never delivered although the service cart was parked in front of our room for two days and nights.
