Made reservations to visit family. The hotel bathroom was full of MOLD. Shower head was nearly covered in mold and the shower wall had mold. Along and around the toilet was nasty and unclean. This was totally disgusting and unacceptable contacted the front desk and was provided another room however this bathroom like the first only had a partial roll of toilet paper. The floor in bathroom and kitchenette area was sticky, bathroom was better but still needed cleaning. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Carpets need cleaning/and or replacing. This hotel use to be very nice and clean. This type of mold build up does not occur overnight, it's obvious that it's just not being cleaned properly.
I tried reaching the hotel manager, left my name and number but manager has yet to return my call. I have never had an experience as such with any IHG hotels, this is not a good representation of IHG. I will NOT select this hotel again when I go into town to visit my in-laws. Just totally DISGUSTING!
The hotel was quite and clean. The restaurant that is attached had very bad service. My family was seated quickly but that is where the service stopped. We sat for 15 minutes before we were asked if we wanted drinks. It's a IHOP type restaurant and it took and hour and a half to eat there. We are a family of 3.
