Holiday Inn Austin Conference Center

With Covid one must be very cautious about where me all must stay when traveling. But this hotel was very clean and service was incredible! No complaints from me or my co-worker. Would strongly recommend! Will staying here again when I come back to Austin.

Sleeping there wasn't too bad except for people having a wedding party and have beer and talking super loud and screaming at 11pm and that's when the pool closes but they stayed and the staff did nothing about it. And when we woke up the hottub was colder then the pool and we complained and they did nothing just not the best service overall.

We stay at holiday inns as we travel all the time. Do not stay at this hotel. Upon arrival at 1:30 I asked if there was any early check in- the girl didn't even look just said nope we don't have anything rudely. Ok, went to restaurant to eat till 3pm when I was told said my Room
Would be ready. 3:18 I go back up to check in- she says nope no rooms yet, you can try back a little later. I told her I needed to check in now as we have plans we need to ready for. I was told if I want an application I can fill it out and clean my own room. The whole worlds short, if you don't like it you can leave. I have never had a place be so boldly rude and not care 1 bit about customer service. When I asked for a manager I was told nope none available till Monday, would you like to stop back them. I called and filed complaint while at the desk. When they called to talk to these girls. They continuously laughed at the rep on the phone and told them there busy and don't have time to chat. Then I was told I cannot get a refund to leave. They ended up telling me to leave without refund or take small room, no fridge or microwave which we needed. This was a nightmare hotel. If you want to see what the worse service around us like, stay here! They don't care what they say or do, and it's sad in this day they know they can treat people any way they want. The room was dirty and the hotel is old and run down to top it all off. I will file with my card to get a full refund. Do not stay here.

Reasonable value clean and good service. Just what we needed for a short visit.

The entire state was a disaster there were no clean towels in the pool area there was one that clean bath towel in my room I had a double bedroom the staff said that they put them in at 7 p.m. and at 11 p.m. they still weren't any towels available my bathroom was dirty the shower head hat was so corroded it barely worked for as much as I paid for the room it definitely was not worth it not at all I will never ever ever stay at the Holiday Inn in Austin Minnesota again it was way too expensive for a janky room with no towels on my kids 11th birthday it was horrible

A nice place with an excellent restaurant/sports bar attached. Great pool and workout area. Clean comfortable rooms.

Great place to party all night , if that is why you are staying
