Hobson & Hobson is an amazing law firm that provided me with a lot of help regarding my legal conflicts. Associate Attorney, Asha Heyward is a phenomenal lawyer! She went above and beyond to help me and made sure that I was informed about each and every detail that pertained to my case. She made every step of the process easy and efficient. Everytime I called to check on my Case they were always responsive and very patient to all my questions. My case was very Complicated! And thanks to This TEAM, My Family is home with me! I Highly Recommend This Law firm, Hobson and Hobson as your defense for any Family Case!!!

Find some place else. This firm is too expensive, unorganized, and I feel my attorney was not forthcoming about my case. I specifically asked if I had a good alimony case. He led me to believe I did, but in mediation the mediator said both your attorney and I know there’s no way you’re getting alimony and the opposing attorney knows that as well. I elected to fight in ways I wouldn’t have if I’d known alimony wasn’t possible. But of course, more fighting means more money for my attorney. When I asked to end the process more clearly he said, “ you would be accepting his offer and letting him get away with it”, so my attorney sent back a ridiculous offer knowing that it was very unlikely for me to get alimony at all, let alone the amount he requested. It made us look silly and incompetent and ultimately hurt my co-parenting dynamic more. Lastly, the paralegals working on my case left twice without any type of notice and I had to resubmit items. The last paralegal submitted items to the court with several mistakes and basically said she would update it “if I wanted her to”… I said not to if there would be an additional charge (just to see her level of customer service because I should NEVER have to pay for her typos), she said ok, but someone must have made her make the changes… All in all, over 20k in four months only to take an offer close to what was offered from the beginning. There are several offices in Atlanta that are less expensive. Go with one of them!

Very glad I’ve had the chance to work closely with the wonderful team at Hobson, particularly Susan, who is a fantastic frim administrator. I work for their contracted IT MSP and the entire team is always friendly, and they’re easy to schedule work with remotely. Looking forward to working with them for years to come!

My attorney Asha Hayward-James was very knowledgeable and informative throughout my entire divorce process. She responded back to me anytime I contacted her and negotiated a fair settlement for me. Her support staff Meghan Warren expeditiously responded to my emails and calls when I needed additional information and the receptionist Mrs Kassandra is the sweetest person you ever want to meet. I would not recommend this law firm for child custody cases to anyone. They do little work , Very unorganized, you will pay a big retainer fees, charge for emails , if you contact them etc ? Communication with attorney was terrible, some of the attorneys dont have experience to handle your case. They don't care , it's all about how much money they can get out of you. The negative reviews are true people , save your money because they will take all of it.!

Great company, had lawyer Leah Zammit, she did an amazing job and solved my custody case exactly how i needed! She updated me the entire way through the process and made sure i was comfortable the whole way! Will defiantly recommend her, and will use her for any future cases!

Professional and caring staff was evident throughout our experience. My son had a very emotional custody battle which Hobson and Hobson handled wonderfully. Chris was able to reverse the “mother always wins” stereotype with my son being awarded custody of his children. Custody battles are extremely hard on everyone involved and I feel Chris and his team helped navigate the whole process extremely well. I would definitely recommend Hobson and Hobson.

We used Hobson & Hobson with our son's custody case. While it didn't go as fast as hoped (does it ever) as our son was despondent over how he never seemed to get fair treatment from his Ex. However, H&H were excellent at keeping us informed, covering every base and encouraging us to stay the course and do the right things. When we went to court, I was impressed with the "story" that was told in the questioning of witnesses. They knew the key details of the case. As a result, our son was given custody. While you are always happy when the outcome is what you want, I can honestly say that I would have been pleased with our representation, regardless of the outcome.
