Hilton Head Bmw

Over the years I have been to my fair share of car dealerships in several different states, and Hilton Head BMW was by far the best. Margaret Winn was very kind, and patient answering all of my questions. Even though my dad and I are out of state, she was so impressive that we went ahead and purchased the vehicle while on vacation. She and Dominic gave me the best deal on my trade in, and on the one I was purchasing. Thank you for a tremendous experience in what normally is a headache at other places. We will be back in the future.

Our experience was beyond extraordinary and one we have not stopped talking about. Vertus surpassed our expectations by miles and honestly turned a normally tedious experience, into an unforgettable experience. I had a small but immediate repair issue, one I had to handle remotely. Beth in the service department and Matt in parts were both instrumental in making sure everything went smoothly. Very professional people and care free service-what more could you ask for? Thanks again Beth and Matt. Cheers!

Recently purchased vehicle there and the whole process was painless. Salesman Enrique Duran was fantastic. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new BMW

From the time I pulled into BMW I knew what I wanted to test drive. I was greeted by the staff and Margaret Winn assisted me with the used vehicle I was looking at. Her knowledge, understanding and great personality helped get me approved for my first purchase by myself. Thank you to Margaret, Dominic and Bob for such a great experience.

I am not particularly one that likes the buying car experience. I do enjoy the new car feeling but not the walking into the dealership, dealing with the sales personnel and then doing the paperwork and final interview with the finance overlord. But, my experience at the Hilton Head BMW was unexpected. From the time I came in to the time I left there is nothing that could have been done better. The saleswoman, Margaret Winn, made the entire process a breeze. She ensured that all the paperwork that could be done prior to our visit was done and ready, that we were satisfied with our purchase before and after the sale, and she has been there ready to answer any post-sales questions we had so far.

In addition to Margaret, Michael and Dominick ensured we were well taken care off at all times. The finance overlord ended not being bad either. He helped us through quite a few questions, was ready for us and made the entire interview the fastest I've seen.

In summary 5 Stars. Thank you!
