My 7-years old LG refrigerator produced a humming noise. Based on the positive reviews I called this company around 11:00 AM and was told they would send a technician to my place by 12:30. At 12:00 a technician named Brian called to tell me he was on his way. When he arrived I'd really appreciate that he took all precautions, wearing gloves and a mask. My refrigerator required cleaning of the condenser coils on the back of it. And then he charged me what I thought was a reasonable price. So based on my experience I would fully agree with all the reviews I've read. It's now my go-to appliance repair company if I ever need repair work.

Excellent customer service! Scheduled my appointment in a very short time for my SubZero refrigerator compressor issues, and the Elijah technician has been the utmost professional. I got the recommendation from my neighbors who had them over several times. The work was done very quickly, even my fridge had some additional problems. Then he told me in detail what caused the problems and how to prevent it in the future. Fortunately, the labor and parts price was not too high, and I never had to worry about being overpaid or cheated. I have an old Sub-Zero appliance, and now it's working like new thanks to Hill Country Repairs.

Within the next hour, their technicians called, clarified the details about the problem with the refrigerator. He was in my place at the scheduled time, diagnosed the issues and it turns out the previous company poorly soldered the compressor, so it was leaking at a joint. It took him just two hours to correct the issues and recharge the freon. It cost me almost half the price that the previous fraudulent company had charged me, and the quality of their work was also on top. They even gave me a 1-year warranty for this job.
