I was duspatched a truck fand not told it would be 3 hours before they arrived. I had already waited an hour before i called. When I called back they told me it would be another 75 minutes . Why wasn't I given an eta up front? They refuse to refund the $200.00 they charged to tow my vehicle .5 miles
