UPDATE 12/12/2021- Within 24 hours of posting this review I got a call from a senior tech (manager maybe) regarding our issues. We arranged a visit for today and he was polite, empathetic and took the time to listen to what I had to say. He then went about testing the input, connections and all services, joined then by another tech. No rush to leave, no telling us it was our issue (which some evidently was, it turned out - bad ethernet cable). These guys spent a long time and cared to check every piece of equipment (some of theirs was faulty too) before leaving. Faith somewhat restored and time will tell if everything is fixed. Thank you for the prompt service HBC. Much appreciated.

DREADFUL! Installation still not completed. Each visiting tech blames the previous one for poor installation then does exactly the same themselves. Equipment/stream drops out regularly. Reboot about 2-4 times per week sometimes. Most expensive service in the area but unfortunately the only company, for now, that provides service to our new development. If Midco get service here I will drop HBC like a hot brick!

Hi Joezetta. Thank you inquiring about HBC services and for your comment. We know HBC will likely never be the lowest cost provider available to our customers. But we do believe we offer better services and a better customer experience than our competition which we back up with local customer care and 24/7 technical support. The customer care team, if you can even call them that, is a complete and utter joke. From ridiculous attitude, to not providing the most basic of care, they have struck out in all regards for me. I am continually disgusted by how little they care about anything customer related. Maybe find a new day job if you hate this one as much as your attitude reflects.

I was disappointed to learn when I ordered Internet service that I was required to rent equipment that I did not need to get the promotion price. In essence the promotion was a non-promotion in my mind. I ended up cancelling my order.

We have had internet services for a few years, but, ever since the last update it is very slow and the price went up...

If you have not already done so, please call (877) 457-9669 to speak with someone in our Wizards Technical Assistance Center. They will be able to help diagnose what the issue may be. Always use autumated bill service fast and easy
