From my first inquiry all the way through my purchase, this experience was top notch. I asked about a specific car and received prompt and thorough communication from Zach…even a personalized video tour within minutes. All questions were answered thoroughly and without pressure. Pricing was transparent. Was able to put a refundable deposit down on a car while I finished arrangements. Financing was thorough and accommodating. When I arrived at the dealership I received personal attention. Andrew made sure I was able to link my phone, the app, and understood all the aspects of my new car. Tyler made all the financial arrangements a breeze. I felt fully taken care of and appreciated throughout the process. I drove quite a distance to give this dealership my business and it was worth it. I’ll be bringing my new rav4 here for service as well. Definitely a different and refreshing way of buying a car.

First time buyer at Heyward Allen on 12-26-24 and it was a great experience. We were greeted quickly and friendly and our salesman S.L. was an absolute pleasure to work with. Super nice guy and really knew the Forerunners inside out. Once we picked out the Forerunner we wanted, we were able to reach a deal with no problem and moved through the buying process quickly. They valued our trade in very fairly and the Forerunner was priced competitively for the market. We actually came in with a purchase pre approval from our bank but finance was able to offer more competitive rates and terms than our bank of 21 years could offer us and it was through a very reputable lender as well. We had a great experience all around and I highly recommend S.L. and this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. I will be back later this year to buy a truck from them without a doubt!
