Herb Chambers Scion of Boston

I've had my service done at Herb Chambers Toyota for 3 years and every experience has been good. Easy to make appointments online, very efficient and streamlined system when you arrive, good communication, good work at fair prices. In general, you can usually have major work done for a little less at a neighborhood shop than at a dealer, but it is always a crapshoot whether the mechanic is well-trained and familiar with your vehicle. I've had a great experience with Chambers Toyota and will keep using them.

I have been coming to Herb Chambers Toyota for service for 20 years. During this period I have put 230,000 miles on a Sequoia that lasted 11 years and I am in my ninth year with Highlander Hybrid that has 130,000 miles on it and will last many more years. No one touches these cars except for Herb Chambers service technicians, even for tires and batteries. I trust the service department completely. They are honest and they are always looking out for my interests. They tell me when something needs to be fixed immediately and they advise me about things that both of us will need to keep an eye on. In twenty years, neither vehicle has broken down on the road. My most recent service experience was great. In addition to completing a normal servicing, they found a tiny leak in the air conditioning system and fixed it. My final point is that your Toyota will last for a long time if you get it serviced by Toyota service technicians according to the recommended schedule.

The maintenance work was done efficiently.
The service representatives/staff were very affable.
I felt comfortable asking questions.
Definitely highly recommend having your Toyota serviced at Herb Chambers in Brighton!

Took advantage of Special Herb Chambers Toyota, Boston had for month
of December. Had a great experience.
Great price, nice service people and was
out of their a half hour earlier than promised.
