We bought our new Pilot at Hennessy Honda. The experience ever since has been awful. They damaged our car during service the first year, they ultimately fixed it but that didn’t come without a fight. Most recently they have lied about service they performed. My wife came home from a scheduled oil change and tire rotation/air filter change that they made her wait for 2 hours and none of the work was done! Additionally, there was clearly damage that any mechanic would have noticed and let her leave with. Completely unethical business, I was a long time Honda supporter but after this purchase and experience, that’s come to an end. Honda has gone downhill and this dealership is crooked as can be.

Great job again by the Hennesey team! Especially enjoyed working with Julie Wyatt, who was a consummate professional from the time I walked into the door until the time I drove my new vehicle home. Julie was honest, engaging, knowledgeable, personable, and extremely fair. Very happy with my purchase from Hennesey.

Julie Wyatt at Hennessy Honda was great to work with on purchasing our Honda CRV Sport Hybrid. Car was delivered with all the options that we wanted. She was able to work with our busy schedule for delivery. It was a pleasant experience and would recommend her to anyone in the market for a new Honda.

Quite a disappointment when scouting out a new lease option on-line only to find out the scheduled day of my pick up that it was sold. Between work a sales rep was texting me of other options that would be waiting but in route messaged me that he needed to hand off my deal to the next guy. Upon arriving the only 2 options to choose from were nothing like the original, so numbers in my favor were thrown to sweeten their sale. However, when I opted to purchase or sell instead, suddenly the configurations weighed against me. Needless to say I left and went elsewhere to get honest prices and inventory.

Carter is an excellent salesman! He is knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and not pushy. You should ask for him. Highly recommend Hennessy Honda!

Justin Davis was very knowledgeable and helpful explaining all of the details of the car. He wasn't pushy and wanted us to find the car that we wanted. We really appreciated his help and this was a great car buying experience.
