Hans treated us like family! He was calm, reassuring, and patient with the way he answered me questions. I came in wanting a hybrid and left with a sports M model. He knew what I really wanted/needed after asking just a few intuitive questions. He was attentive without being pushy. I never knew I wanted massage feature in the seats! So happy with my experience and it was my first time buying a BMW!! So happy with my Hendrick experience!Report
