Took my truck for a recall service, I was helped by a Hispanic senorita, very professional and friendly. They went the extra mile by whasing my truck as a matter of fact, they did a complete detailing . I would recommend this place 100%.

5/5 star accurate !!! I took my time, checked in with other dealers while I was in search of a Jeep Wrangler & had spoken with other dealers sales staff . This is the only dealership that I felt was responsive , professional , and forward . What was most important to me is that Kenny was able to work a deal with me over the phone , I never felt I was being pushed to get another car I was not interested in ,everything was about what I wanted. When I showed up with my 5 year old to turn in paperwork and pick up my new Jeep Wrangler, Kenny & other sales staff were very friendly, talkative & overall it made it a pleasant experience. It wasn't my first time purchasing a car and given my other experiences with dealerships in the past this is the way it should be ! I never felt like anyone was hiding anything or beating around the bush . I 100% recommend for anyone to give this dealer a chance !!

My experience at Hemet Chrysler was great customer service was great the gentleman that helped me run he was wonderful I have no complaints I will refer other people to it I already had a couple of people that asked me what did I get my car so I will let them know thank you very much.

Awesome sales team! They all were willing to help me get the car that I wanted. I would highly recommend everyone to come here for future purchases. Don't go to Moreno Valley or any where else. BEWARE: FALSE ADVERTISING AND DISHONEST! I live 120 miles from the dealership so I made an appointment to purchase a specific Jeep Gladiator but arrived to find out they had lied all along. When I originally called for an appointment, I had given the representative the stock number and they assured me the exact vehicle I had seen online was in stock. They called back an hour later to confirm the appointment again and reiterated the vehicle was in stock. When I arrived (after driving for two hours), I was informed that the vehicle was sold that morning. This was extremely alarming noting I had talked to the dealership twice that afternoon and they had confirmed it was still in stock. They said they had one with the same MSRP they could show me but upon inspection it was missing approximately $2500 worth of features relative to the one I had initially planned on purchasing. Roxanna informed me that often they take pictures of other vehicles and post them for different ones on the website. In order to remedy the situation, I asked the dealer to honor their word and advertisement by presenting a vehicle that matched the original one I had the appointment for but they said they could not. Thus, I asked for a price adjustment to reflect the difference in value because the new vehicle they presented was missing features (so I could install the parts myself) but Tavita informed me he would not. All in all, I realized they had simply stated the vehicle was in stock (even though they knew it wasn't) to pull me to their dealership for a bait-and-switch in order to sell a lesser valued vehicle. I highly advise against visiting this dealership or doing business with them. (I am certain they will post a generic reply asking me to contact them to see what can be done, but I had informed them very clearly during my visit how the situation could be remedied by simply honoring their word and advertisement).

I have purchased many new cars from various dealerships throughout my life.. but this dealership is the most corrupt and unprofessional place I have every been to.

I came to this establishment with both a certified price given by them and a KBB instant cash offer for my trade-in that was provided off their website.

Long story short, I get to the dealership and they wanted $3000 more (on top of $3800 in hidden dealer add-ons) then what the certificate guaranteed and undercut the KBB instant cash offer. Keep in mind, KBB says on their website that dealerships are REQUIRED to match the instant cash offer. Also, on the price certificate they gave said that the price was valid through a date which I was well within.

The management at this dealership are liars that will tell you anything, even in writing, to get you in just to up the price by thousands once you're there.

I've never seen such blatantly fraudulent business practices in my life. I'll be reporting them to the BBB, reaching out to both mopar and KBB directly regarding these fraudulent practices, and posting to every review forum I can find to help warn others.

PLEASE Stay clear of this place!
