Very professional. Connor did a great job and the work was reasonably priced.

We needed to install a gas connection for a BBQ on the back deck. Connor from Helios was really responsive, an excellent communicator throughout the quote and installation scheduling and the final work was done well. Connor found the perfect installation spot for the gas outlet, and left everything clean and tidy. We will work with the Helios team again.

These guys are exceptional. One indicator of this is when we called due to a faulty water heater, Connor suggested three things we could try on our own to get our water heater back up and running. Who does that? Some super honest dude - that's who!

After my go to gas pro pretty much disappeared on me, I reached out to Helios. Connor was great to deal with from start to finish. I explained what I needed done, he explained pretty much everything up front and I booked an appointment. On the day of appointment I got a call that he finished his previous job earlier and wondered if he could stop by sooner. My schedule allowed it and I was happy to do so. Connor showed up at the estimated time, finished the work professionally and was personable. I shall be using Helios as my go to gas pro from now on.

I was having some problems with my hydronic (in-floor radiant) heating system and needed a professional to inspect, assess and repair the issues I was experiencing. I reached out to my local community and Connor of Helios was recommended.
I contacted Connor in June and he followed-up right away. He came to my home and determined the cause of the problems. I needed a new relay and it had to be ordered so when it arrived, Connor came back to install and finish the job. Unfortunately, it was the incorrect relay but thankfully, Connor was able to source a new one, which worked perfectly. He also replaced a faulty valve switch on the hot water tank and the system now works properly.
The final issue was related to the valves in the three manifolds which had become corroded and seized. With my basic knowledge of mechanical systems, I was able to repair and replace these during the summer. I had Connor come back in September to assist with filling and inspecting the system. There was one leak that we identified. Connor fixed the leak and the system is working great now, just in time for winter!
I highly recommend Connor of Helios. He is polite, professional, knowledgeable, prompt and efficient. He was the perfect fit for my needs as I am technically inclined but needed a professional to work with me so that I can now manage and maintain my own heating system. And on top of all his great work, Connor also guided me thru the process to get my Fortis rebate! Thanks Connor!
