PLEASE HIRE ANOTHER LAW FIRM!

I hired this firm Jonathan Damashek was the original attorney I met with, every time I would call there would be no update, eventually Jonathan told me he would be in touch not to call, over a year passes I call and leave voicemails and never got return calls, to make a long story short they dropped me for no reason and stopped working on my case. Jonathan said it was simply because they weren't recovering a large amount of money so it wasn't worth it to them to fight my case any longer.

Now the statute of limitations has expired and I can no longer proceed with this legal matter because of THIS AWFUL unscrupulous law firm!!

I have made a formal complaint with the Bar Association but I hope that you find a better firm to represent you or else you could be screwed when years later everything is time wasted.

I cannot recommend Jon Damashek highly enough. I attribute the favorable outcome to my case to his consummate and tireless dedication and tenacity. Just as important, he was truly there with me every step of the way. He was very accessible, even answering my emails/texts on weeknights and weekends! He truly did a great job for me and I am very appreciative. If you have the misfortune of being a victim in a personal injury case you cannot do better than have Jon there by your side.
