My sprinkler system would not come on at all. Grass was dying and I was heading out of town for a week. Got an appt but had limited time before I had to leave. Technician got there, diagnosed problem quickly, and had it fixed in short order. Price was very reasonable. A++. Will def use again if needed and highly recommend!

Tom was awesome! He identified the issue with my sprinkler (pipe broken), fixed it, and had it up and running in under 30 min. I will definitely use them in the future for other landscaping projects.

I had problems with my existing sprinkler system with one of the zones solenoid valves not fully closing and leaking water out and some sprinkler heads that were not working properly. I contacted Heads Up Irrigation and they scheduled an appointment for me and came out and went through my entire sprinkler system. Chris and his crew changed out the bad solenoid valve, replaced three sprinkler heads and adjusted all my sprinkler heads in all five zones. They were very professional and informed me of all the issues I had prior to performing any of the repairs. My system is now back in service at a very reasonable service cost. I have struggled for years to find a professional irrigation service company for years. I have found a great one now. They answered their phones, returned calls when needed and arrived at the appointment on time! In one service call they fixed the issue that I called in for AND sorted out 4 long standing problems. The price was more than fair. It was a perfect experience! They could not have done better!

Chris and his crew installed my sprinkler system with ease and it has worked so well for three years. They came and checked it twice. Once I had a leak at the meter on the city side. Didn’t even charge me for visit. Second visit they fixed a couple heads and changes some things as some AT&T contractors had drove over some sprinkler heads and damaged them. We also added some plantings and they changed out sprinkler heads to make sure we got just the right coverage. Awesome products awesome service even better people. Not only adjusted my sprinkler system, but repaired and replaced a pipe the deck crew busted while installing a post! This is the fairest priced company I have ever felt with. I'm sorry I don't have his name, (first name Tom) but he was super nice and accommodating.

I have never been so impressed with an irrigation company. Over the years we have utilized several other irrigation companies in Columbia, but have never been as pleased as we were with our service this morning. They scheduled us within a few days of calling to request service, arrived on time, made numerous repairs, adjustments and head replacements and I was extremely pleased with the cost. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They definitely made a great impression on this new customer and we will be using them for all future needs.

Heads Up came to my house to repair my irrigation system that a previous installer had mishandled. Two months later my system triggered an alert unrelated to their repair, and Heads Up came back out within a couple of days of me calling to inspect and make adjustments for no charge. They have been great from the start, and I’ll continue using them for sure.
