WOW! Is the best word to describe Chris Davies and his team at Heads-Up Irrigation SC. They installed the irrigation system on my property in 2017, and watering my lawn and shrubbery has been a breeze ever since. Whenever I contact them with a question or a problem, they reply promptly and in a friendly and professional way. Today I reached out to Chris when water began shooting out of my city water line, drenching my yard, the driveway, and the street. I thought perhaps it was affected by the irrigation system. Within 30 minutes he was in my yard taking care of the problem and assisting the city water worker with getting the flooding stopped, even though the problem was not with the irrigation system at all. We had to have our suction line from the lake and a pipe on the pump repaired due to freezing from this winter. It took Chris about an hour and we were back in business. I am happy and my lawn is happy to have water again!!!!!Report
