Matt Lowczyk of Gerald Nissan was my salesman and he not only got me a great deal on my new Nissan Kicks he also made sure that I had all pertinent information to choose the right car for my family.

Bought a car on Saturday, by Monday, it was in the shop with almost $5000 worth or work to be done! Don’t be fooled by the ”lifetime” warrenty and 100 point inspection! They missed MAJOR issues and because the warrenty has been such a headache, I still don’t have my car back and I bought it two weeks ago! Go somewhere else!!!!

Matt, along with other employees, were very patient, responsive, and informative. Even when there was a miscommunication between the Auto Service Department and Sales, the issue was promptly handled and rectified. My new (to me 🤣) vehicle was clean and the test drive went great. Very welcoming atmosphere.
