I've had 3 KIA Sportages and have been going to this location for over 20 years but Gerald KIA service department has provided quality service starting with Shelly. Shelly has been the absolute best. She has worked with me 4x and everytime she has provided me with the great service. She makes you want to come back. She listens, she's polite, professional, and always welcoming. Every business needs to have a Shelly. If you go there when setting your appointment please ask for Shelly!!!
