I had a great experience getting my car serviced. Courteous and helpful staff. Comfortable waiting room for me to work while my car was being serviced. Will be back next time.

Very good experience. Salesperson Kristen was pleasant and informative. I never felt pressured like every other time I purchased a vehicle. The transaction was seemless and without issue.

Matt Vilela helped me and he is a down-to-earth well-spoken very professional kind of guy.( Unlike some others there.)
I also light the fact that the chairs are well spaced apart and the waiting room is clean very nice BMW

I drive from Staten Island to Freeport, that's an hour plus on the belt but the service is great

Ok so I'm going to tell you from start to finish I originally went to mercedes benz of Rockville center, I called the sales man on Tuesday and was told that he would call me back well I'm still waiting for the call back went to BMW of Freeport the same day and was greeted by a very friendly receptionist Named Bianca , and about three minutes later greeted by a salesman named Andrew and I'm driving an X4 today. The best experience ever keep up the great work guys, I will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone.
