If I could give them a lower rating I would. We had an appointment this morning at 10:45 for an inspection. I picked up my spouse who we could shop while we waited. He called at 1:00 to see if it was ready and told it would be at 2:00. I dropped him off at 1:45 and they still had not taken it in. Horrible service department.

Bert and the service team are the reason I have been coming back to Hart for 20yrs. They are friendly and helpful in recommending services and even helping you understand when the service you think you need is not recommended. Thanks to Hart for doing what they do so well.

I've used Hart's as service when I had a KIA and continue with my GMC truck. Jennie has always provided great service. Always friendly service.

While traveling to Pennsylvania we were looking online to find a truck. We found what we were looking for available at Hart. We drove out of our way to go look at it, spent almost an hour there talking to the salesman (who knew we were from out of state from the beginning). We decided we wanted to buy the truck and only then were we told they wouldn't sell it to us. They told us if it was still there in 30 days we could come back and they may sell it to us.

10 out of 10 would not recommend this place.
