The team at Harper Infiniti were great to work with. From the time I called, to walking in the door, until I drove away. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and professional. They kept me informed as the work was being done. I know that they will be the only people I plan to have work on my sporty Q60

I took my care in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was the first car in and it took them 2 hrs. I ask what was taking so long, he explained everything and told me it shouldn't be much longer. When they brought my car keys the guy told me thank you and have a good day. I was like, hold up I didn't pay yet, I need to pay. So I went to Richard and told him I need to pay. He looked at me with a smile and said "I took care of it". If that ain't taking care of your people and making it right, then i don't know what is! These guys are awesome, I've bought my last three cars from Harper and will buy my next 3 from them. The staff is amazing all the way from sales, service to detail.
