Called for an appointment and 45 minutes later my car was being serviced. Highly recommend.

The service department is great. Always friendly and they explain things clearly. They have a nice waiting area and cold water and hot coffee.

My experience at Rogers has been second to none. The new ownership is a great asset to the community.

Came in for a oil change, tire rotation and have new battery and box and hold down installed . Took 1 hour for all. Another dealership I USED to go to took 4.5 hours for oil change and tire rotation. My service rep was Elizabeth and she came and informed me multiple times of the progress of the work. This will be my new dealership to go to even though it is farther away it took less time to drive there get the service and get back home then the one that is 10 miles from my home! Thank You Rogers !!!

If I could give my experience with Roger’s Subaru of Hermiston 10 stars I absolutely would! From the very moment I stepped out of my car in the service department Elizabeth Hunter one of the service advisors greeted me with a big smile and an enthusiastic attitude towards me that she was going to do everything she possibly could to help me out with my car situation. Elizabeth kept me informed throughout the process of figuring out what was wrong with my car. Elizabeth was prepared with all the information and what my options were in order to fix my car. I was given all the time I needed to work through my emotions given the bad news about my car. Elizabeth and Jake Anderson worked diligently with the Subaru Advocacy Group to get me the best outcome possible the kindness that I received from both of them definitely made things easier for me when reality set in that I was going to have to buy a new car. My next experience was with the sales team I had the pleasure of working with Alexis Carrillo who picked the perfect car for me! Alexis informed me of all the different financing options that I had and made sure that I understood all the pros and cons of those options to make sure I was able to make the best decision for me. During the test drive Alexis took his time and made sure he explained all the different functions the car has. Throughout the sales process Alexis was professional, respectful and very knowledgeable about my Subaru and was able to get my payment where I needed it to be! Thank you Alexis for being such an awesome person and salesperson! My next experience was with Finance Manager Caressa Bastian who made me feel very comfortable with her big smile and infectious personality. Caressa went through all the financing details and explained all the different options and explained the pros and cons to allow me to make the best informed decision about how to protect my car in terms of longevity. I appreciated the the time Caressa spent going over all of the details and allowing me the time to make the best decision for me. Throughout the time I spent at Roger’s Subaru of Hermiston I had the privilege of meeting and being introduced to several other amazing, kind people! Our Subaru thermostat went out on our way to the beach on the weekend. Jake at Roger's Subaru helped us with a loaner and had our car fixed as soon as they received the part. Very friendly and so helpful ??

Excellent service department. Super friendly, good coffee and snacks in the waiting room. Jake was my service advisor, great guy, good sense of humor, but also tells it how it is. This was my second time there and I'll definitely be doing all my service here.

I moved from Kansas and Harley Swain, now Rogers Subaru, have been over the top helpful in service. Going every extra mile . Jake in service played advocate over an issue and got it done . When I decided to trade up ,Tiffany in sales , listened to my needs, what I wanted and made it happen. My 90 year old father ,whom has been in sales his whole life, joined my adventure and said Tiffany was very professional. She treated me like a friend not just a sale.
