Excellent service department. Super friendly, good coffee and snacks in the waiting room. Jake was my service advisor, great guy, good sense of humor, but also tells it how it is. This was my second time there and I'll definitely be doing all my service here.

I moved from Kansas and Harley Swain, now Rogers Subaru, have been over the top helpful in service. Going every extra mile . Jake in service played advocate over an issue and got it done . When I decided to trade up ,Tiffany in sales , listened to my needs, what I wanted and made it happen. My 90 year old father ,whom has been in sales his whole life, joined my adventure and said Tiffany was very professional. She treated me like a friend not just a sale. Great place, Great people

Had to have the rear bearing assemblies replaced on my 10 year old Subaru Impreza. Elizabeth was great in getting me all checked in and set up with a rental for a couple days while they did their work. Everything was done on time and at a reasonable rate. Would absolutely use them again if needed in the future.

I had a wonderful, enjoyable time buying my first ever Subaru Outback. I received top notch assistance right from the get-go with Nick Fowler leading the way. Nick has a great caring personality with a touch of wit and humor, just right for me. Then there was the "Cheshire Cat", Gary Fisher, who would pop up out of nowhere, always with grin. With much patience, Nick put up with me trying out different vehicles and showing me all about them. Finally, I told Nick what I wanted, he told Gary and Gary found my perfect Outback! I had to wait for it to arrive, but the wait was worth it as it is just what I wanted. At the closing of the sale, all of the other Rogers Subaru of Hermiston staff were pleasant and extremely helpful! I love my new outback and will cherish it for a long time. We just bought a Subaru from Roger’s Subaru. The sales staff was amazing and Tiffany Rieg did an excellent job explaining all of the electronic functions and setting up our phones and dash. She was very knowledgeable and friendly which makes car buying a lot easier. The Finance staff was quick and very thorough in going over the paperwork. We will definitely be back!
