Hardwood Revival of DC

I was impressed with their hardwood floor refinishing service. My old hardwood floors were damaged, and I couldn't believe they could be transformed in any manner. The worker did everything to restore the floor, which now looks new and beautiful. There are no uneven pools of finish, and the corners are perfect. The tech was cheerful and polite, and it was a pleasure working with him.

I would like to thank Hardwood Revival for the wonderful job their team did restoring our old wood floors. They were punctual, friendly and didn’t mind me supervising. They went above and beyond and made my floor look new again.

We needed to replace a few floorboards and refinish the entire wood floor in our living room. The quote from this company wasn’t the lowest, but they were able to schedule us quickly and their tech Mark made us feel comfortable. He didn’t disappoint and did a very good job on the entire project.

This company is top notch for wood refinishing. My mother 100 yr. old house had original wood floors. This company worked on Thksgiving day and did a phenomenal job. The floors look amazing and the price was outstanding.

We had a great experience with Hardwood Revival! The 80-year-old original wood floors in our new home were in rough shape - pet damage, odor, scrapes, stains. Mark solved all of our problems and brought our floors back to life. The project was on-time, on-budget, and easy to schedule. We felt great having Mark in our home, got quick responses from the main office, and would recommend Hardwood Revival to anyone else.

Asked for an area to be repaired. They said they couldn't help with a job as small as I needed, okay thats fine. Asked for a recommendation for someone who could. Nope, they don't know anything about any other flooring repair companies in the area and can't help. Customer service first impressions not impressive.
