WORST MASSAGE I’VE EVER HAD- Don’t let their swanky lobby fool you, and save your time, money (and sanity) and go elsewhere.Report
The massages my friend and I received at the downtown location of Happy Head was delivered by two individuals who had had a massage once several years ago and were told to recreate the process. There is absolutely no way they have had any training or accreditation. Completely unprofessional (I have gotten 1-2massages/ month for the last 8 years for context) “massage therapists” aside, the we had to ask them to turn the lights down several times in both English and Mandarin, the music was blasting and only broken up by the sounds the automatic paper towel dispenser throughout our massages, and shouting in my ear when the guy giving the massage left in the middle of the appointment. Absolutely atrocious, and even if the location is convenient the service is not. I had to get another massage the following day at a different spa to help overcome the terrible experience here.
