Drew Gottlieb was the best salesman. Friendly, laid-back, and pleasant to go on the test drive with. Ended up getting a nice deal on a Certified used Mazda with low miles (80,000), considering it was a 2007 model. Eddie Ferro actually helped me secure the loan through my bank over the phone, before I even arrived to test drive the vehicle. I'm actually about 3 years late writing this review, but it was such a pleasant, low-pressure experience buying a car from here, that I wanted to write a review about it.

My wife dropped off her car for a routine oil change. She was helped by Regan who she said was extremely friendly and personable. Regan has excellent customer service skills. He said it would just take a couple hours so she said she would leave and come back since she had our baby with her. She returned 5 hours later to the dealership and it still wasn’t completed. Regan was helping her and he assured to look into it. She continued waiting there with our 11 month old baby for another 40 minutes. Finally Regan said the car was done apologized multiple times and said that the service was on them today and there would be no charge. We appreciated them acknowledging that it was an inconvenience and took care of us. That’s why we are Mazda customers! Thank you Regan!
