Devonte went above and beyond to locate and secure the exact vehicle I was looking for. As a first time buyer at Graff I will be returning in the future.
Edit: While my salesman was great service work has not been so good. My vehicle has been damaged on 2 separate service appointments. On 1 trip my drivers side door was scuffed badly and an interior trim piece was broken during a diagnostic evaluation for a window issue. The tech put the broken trim piece back in without saying anything. 3 of the 4 plastic tabs that hold it on were broken right off.
Next trip I go back to have a window motor replaced. My vehicle comes back with a large scrape in the passenger bedside aling with dirt and grime all iver the door handle (I can only imagine whats on the inside now). The window still has the same issue it went in for, the previously broken interior piece was never ordered and still not replaced. On top of that 2 other issues that they couldn't replicate I was able to do with the service advisor within 30 seconds in the dealer lot.
This is by far the worse service experience I've ever had with a dealer. Never before has my vehicle be treated like this.
Devonte was on top of everything, did everything over the phone as the truck I was buying was in transit. He kept me in the loop on everything. Got me the info I needed and wasn't pushy like salesman at other dealerships. That's why I went with Graff. It was further away but the sales atmosphere was worth the drive.
Our lease experience was quick and efficient. Everything that could be taken care of remotely was done and it only took 30 minutes at the dealership to finalize the lease. In total, less than 24 hours from initial contact with the salesman to the time I drove off the lot. Alex Harburn did an amazing job.
