Bei unserer Reiseplanung nach Con Dao hat das Reisebüro leider nicht die beste Arbeit geleistet. Da kein Flug verfügbar war wollten wir die Fähre nehmen.

Zunächst hat das Reisebüro vergessen unsere Daten aufzunehmen und konnte deshalb die Tickets nicht kaufen. Wir mussten also wieder kommen.

Dann war die Fähre etwas teurer als vom Reisebüro erwartet, wir sollten also ein drittes Mal kommen und mehr bezahlen.

Bei der Klärung des Preises stellten wir fest, dass der Transfer zum Hafen etwa doppelt so viel kostete wie ein normales Taxi.

Der Höhepunkt war jedoch, dass uns der Fahrer zum falschen Hafen, etwa 30 Minuten entfernt gebracht hat - Vung Tao Marina start Vung Tao Express. Nur mit sehr viel Glück und dem vollen Einsatz der Lokalen haben wir unsere Fähre noch erwischt.

Insgesamt ist bei uns also ziemlich alles schief gegangen. Es war jedoch keine böse Absicht und alle waren freundlich - deshalb 2 Sterne.

Our family of 2 adults and 4 children booked the Cu Chi tunnels tour and the Mekong one day tour with Viet Journey. Both tours were informative and fun and just the right duration for a family with young children. The drivers were on time, the cars were clean and air conditioned and the guides were interesting and spoke good English. Thank you Viet Journey!

I booked private tour to Mekong with my friend from Vietjourney and we both agreed that they planned all programs on the tour very carefully. I got impression with on time schedule, very nice and clean car, very well prepared tour guide and driver too. Professional company.
