My doctor wanted to have a specific (Ritchie)brace they refused to do it. Instead they made a brace they wanted which cost me a lot of pain/falls. They are unprofessional and not caring.

I had a humerus fracture in my left arm. Nicole was very gentle while installing the bracing. I almost waited 10 days before I got the bracing, I was expecting to have lot of pain during the installation but it was pretty easy.

I used to go to the Hanger Clinic in Plano off of 15th street!! Danica is who my daughter saw this was at 11 months old!! My daughter is now 5 we searched all over for her and could not find her so we went to the Lewisville location. I definitely did not like the Lewisville location it was time for my daughter to have her AFOs recasted this year (Age 5) we finally found Danica and we saw her Halloween 2019 and my daughter remembered her and we just love her so so much she's the absolute best!!! Where ever she goes we will always follow I don't think there is another person better for this job!! She's very knowledgeable, explains everything and is super super amazing with children, and making them comfortable She's overall the best!!!!

Last time I came here, Paul was the one seeing my mom. We recently visited on 7/19/19 & found out Paul wasn’t working here anymore, we were so sad! ???? he was awesome. With that being said, my mom was seeing someone new, her name was Danica. We are so happy to have her. She was so nice, explained everything thoroughly & had an amazing personality! She also spoke very well Spanish (my mom is only a Spanish speaker) so that was a plus! We were impressed. Also, one of her helpers that took us into the room and got info from us was great! I don’t remember his name but it was a guy. We had a good visit overall. Thank you for all of your help! ????

Danica was very helpful. She is very knowledgeable and explained things to my child. If I could I would request her every single time.

The person who answered the phone when I called to make an appointment was so extremely rude, I do not even wish to go there. I will contact the Garland office instead in hopes that they have much better manners. It’s well out of my way, but It’s worth it to not have the extra stress of someone treating people so terrible. We already have medical needs and adding difficulty to those situations is not professional.
