I do not recommend doing service with them. I made an appointment with a KBB value on my vehicle. I had to call them to confirm my appointment, even though they were supposed to call me. I made the appointment a week in advance and didn't receive a single call. I get there and they were rude from the moment I walked in. I was told to talk to Greg and he refused to talk to me or his associates. Finally the gentleman by the door was the only one to help me. The lady at the front desk was nice also. Greg inspected my vehicle and was very rude. He refused to test drive my vehicle and told me he wasn't interested in my vehicle. I came here on an appointment to be seen and was almost pushed out the door before I even was seen. The most unprofessional dealership I've associated with!

We've purchased 2 Forresters from Kenny Ross and we've loved the experience both times. They have been really helpful and easy to work with. The process was so easy. We definitely wouldn't go anywhere else to get a Subaru in Pittsburgh.

4 days after purchasing a used Honda CR-V from this dealer, it will not start. When I called to let them know of my issues, the salesman that sold me the car said that he will hope for a Christmas miracle for me and the problem will just magically fix itself. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. By far the worst experience I have ever had buying a car from a dealer.
