The firm was first established by Theodore Hamer in 1932. He was joined by Kenneth Schuh and together they formed the partnership of Hamer & Schuh on the old Woodstock Square in 1960. Steven J. Cuda, a 1978 graduate of Notre Dame Law School, joined the firm in 1982.
