Purchased my Mazda about a month and a half ago and could not be more content. Owen, the sales consultant, was very helpful and easy to guide me throughout my first auto purchase. There were no extra charges or hidden fees when it came to the cost. Highly recommend!

I just called in to set up an appointment to have my oil changed and was told that they didn’t have any openings for FOUR WEEKS!
That tells me I need to find someone else to service my car in the future, and look at a different brand.

Best new car experience ever

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Mark Mahoney and Andrew Peterson of Hall Mazda this last friday. My wife was interested in the VW Atlas to replace our current car and the team took great care of us. We felt welcomed, informed, and comfortable throughout the entire process. The team was straightforward and gave us great options. Ultimately we were able to make a purchase which was a strealined process with no pressure once again. It's always a bit unnerving when you walk into a car dealership, or even on the car lot during normal operational hours, but this was probably one of the best car buying experiences I've had! Our Sales Associate, Chuck Utnehmer was great with answering all the questions we had about the 2023 CX-30 we were interested in, and in no way was pushy or in a great hurry to close the sale. Chuck was very friendly and easy going in a way that was a refreshing approach from past experiences I've encountered with pushy salespeople who seemed more interested in getting you to make a purchase instead of trying to work with someone to help them meet their individual needs. Also, Bruce Mesa was great explaining the various options in helping to keep our new Mazda running for us for many worry-free years to come. We purchased a used Mazda CX-5 from Hall Imports after weeks of looking and many test drives at other dealers. Hall was the most pleasant and professional experience we had. Our salesperson, Brandon Shimetz, was excellent. He was incredibly nice and knowledgeable, and we had none of the games we dealt with at other dealers. We would highly recommend going to Hall for any car search.
