Had appointment for oil change and network error message coming up on driver display . Arrived and had zero people acknowledge my presence. I could over hear employee be reprimanded by another employee , possibly a manager. 15 minutes later I was greeted and asked what they could do . I explained the problem and service employee said he’d need the car for a few days. I asked for a loaner vehicle and was denied a car. I said I’d be taking my car elsewhere . I drove to Russ Darrow Mazda in greenfield and they diagnosed the problem as the need for a software upgrade. 30 minutes later I was on my way. When I mentioned the need for a software upgrade to Hall Mazda employee he said “ not possible, we will need to contact Mazda and determine what they recommend doing” unbelievably poor customer service .

What can I say about this location. I thank God for leading my husband and I here. We were coming up on our lease and knew we needed something quickly, durable and would also fit our growing family. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Andy Straub who listened to our needs, was very knowledgeable on the cars in inventory, walked us through the process, allowed us to test drive, talk to us about money options, even walked us through returning our currently lease. Coming here I just wanted to see cars I’ve been browsing online but instead we left with a brand new car!

I would also like to mention the business management guy Andrew Paterson who was also very friendly, kind and personable. I’ve been purchasing used cars for about 4 years this was my first experience at a dealership and it was phenomenal.

Even my husband left off saying to Andy he would buy whatever he’s selling in the future. That’s how thorough , respectful and helpful he was. Thank you soo much from the bottom of my heart Hall Brookfield team
