Add ReviewWent in with my daughter to buy a used car that they had available. Was very clear about finances and where we wanted to keep the payment. Everything seemed understood and since the process had taken so long by the time she was ready to sign my grandbaby was restless. I was there for about 80% of the finalizing and articulated our need to keep the payment where it was.l, the grandbaby was done and I thought we were on the same page so I took her to my car to get ready to go home, I assumed all went well until I asked my daughter about her payment so nice she was on my insurance and she shamefully explained that there was an increase because of the warranty that came with the truck....Frustrated doesn't begin to explain...I mean she is a young military service member with a small child...who would take advantage of that situation? These guys that's who....best luck dealing with them and be very wary of their "required" add ONS....they won't call them options.. despicable...Report
I got a 2021 Acura RDX from this place about a month ago. Before I left my home I was contacted by someone from the dealership & this person was very nice to me. When I got to the dealership, I saw MY car w my name already on it lol "sold to Tania Dalton" & I automatically fell in love. I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Susan Salem. She knew a lot about the car while we test drove it. When we got back to the dealership she found out I was pregnant, she got me something to drink & kept offering snacks lol. When it came down to getting the car, that process was quick & painless. Any question I asked, she answered honestly. I've had 3 cars & this by far was my best experience. Bought a veloster from these guys yesterday got the car today because it was getting "inspected" got a whole list of everything done to the car like alignment however the alignment is horrible, oil change however oils black and actually overfilled, and clicking noises from acceleration, and blinking check engine light that comes and goes all within 5 mins of driving! My last experience was horrible. I got my truck service for a check engine light. Light came back on the first time I drove over 30 minutes. Not to mention completely blew up 2 days after that. I am highly disappointed. I don't think anything was fix. I was charged and ended up with a worse issue. Came here because I thought they can be trusted!! No!!! *2 Stars only because the product is good.* However, having the purchase process take nearly 5 hours despite having the car delivered three days prior, as well as a scheduled appointment for the day may be why they stopped posting "Dealer Distinction" awards after 2015. No preparation work by the dealership to complete the paperwork and not waste the buyers time was in any way apparent.
