Hall Acura Newport News

Apparently if you call inquiring about a $200 item you paid for in advance for your vehicle, it doesn't matter.

Customers that are at the store take precedent, but it was unprofessional and unsettling to know it's going on one month since I've been called about this part so rather than drive there and waste my time, I called and no one was helpful. They just pushed it off to the service advisor which if you looked up my receipt you could tell I paid for it and yet received it.

In short, their customer service isn't the best and they way my situation was handled is a single point of failure. Still waiting on a call 3 weeks after I was told I would receive one.

This is the second Acura purchase from Hall Acura NN in four years. It could not have been a better car buying experience!

Devin Sheldon was our salesman again on this purchase. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and great at reading his customers' preferences and doesn't try to sell them something they are not interested in buying. I'm sure we will call Devin when it's time for our next Acura.

Chris Meyer was our finance director again for the second time and he did a great job getting us through the admin paperwork; titling, license plates, extended warranty, etc. in a very professional, quick and pleasant process.

Well done Hall Acura, both Devin and Chris are outstanding employees!

I have brought 4 vehicles from Hall and sent dozens of ppl to buy their next vehicles from Hall. After the past week of dealing with their service team and management. I will be taking my auto business elsewhere. I'm telling consumers beware of this dealership. Unless you want to give away money and get temperament management service.

I had routine servicing done today. Unfortunately I had booked the appointment for Hall Acura Virginia Beach. Kevin Rafeek, my service advisor, was able to rework the service schedule so that my car could be serviced immediately. As far as I'm concerned Hall Acura Newport News is the best (I bought my last three Acuras from them) and Kevin Rafeek is a superstar Service Consultant.

Devin Sheldon took VERY good care of us. I must admit, his customer service skills were too notch! He was very friendly and reassured us that we were going to get the best deal possible. Hall Acura DELIVERED. Honorable mention to Chris in the back office for hunting for the best rates, and even getting is a deal on some "add-ons." There is fleeting loyalty in business, but I could see myself returning to this dealership. Strongly recommend giving this place a try. See for yourself, and ask for Devin!

Josh was both professional and efficient in helping me find the right Escape after my nearly new one was totaled in an accident. Josh helped me find an Escape SE after I thought I needed an SEL.
