This review is for Michaela Forzani and Michaela Forzani only. I came in for an oil change today and I was immediately written off. I was told I would wait 1.5 hrs as a walk in and that was no problem. I waited a little over 2 hours with no update. Typically the service advisors would come into the waiting room and speak with the customers about service recommendations as what was done today with the other guest; Michaela however did not do this with me. After the 2 hour mark I approached Michaela at the her desk and inquired about my service; she immediately said my car was ready and was waiting for it to be brought out. She handed me my paperwork and suggested I sign out at the check out desk. I asked Michaela if there was any service recommendations (as I expected her to come out and tell me while I was waiting but again, she did NOT) and she, very dismissively, says “Well yeah the same as last time but you don’t get the services we recommend to you done, you only ever get oil changes done so … “ Basically assuming that I would say no to the service for this visit. Your job, Michaela, as a service advisor, is to advise me of all recommendations made by the technician. You assumed that I would not get the service done and didn’t bother updating me. Even if I have said no in the past, your job was to still advise me. You didn’t even print out the complimentary multi-point inspection for me…Report
I purchased my vehicle at this dealership in 2016 and have gotten two major repairs done since my purchase; a transmission replacement and shocks and struts repair. To say I do not get service recommendations done was purely an assumption and you didn’t even look at my service history, you literally assumed out of thin air.
Glancing at my service sheet I noticed there was a service that was not recommended at the previous visit and as I mention it to her, she again dismissively said that it was recommended last time and it would of course show up again. I was adamant about it being a new service; she looks at my service record and realizes that it was in fact NOT recommended last time and flippantly apologizes. I immediately addressed her demeanor at this time and how it was inappropriate and she, dismissively again, says “I already apologized, what do you want me to do?”
I don’t know what I have done to Michaela personally, but the attitude and service she has given me this morning was completely unwarranted. She did not ONCE update me on my car service like the other advisors have done to customers and did not even deem it worthy enough to tell me my service was finished.
I was a loyal customer to this dealership that sold me my first car at 19 years old over eight years ago, and even though I’ve had some rough encounters with other service advisors in the past, my loyalty still came back and offered business and money here. But THIS encounter was the nail in the coffin for me. Michaela, you seem to be a bright, intelligent girl with a promising future, you are BETTER than the service you’ve provided me today.
I will not be returning.
I’ve had my BMW, purchased from Nissan, for almost a year now, and my experience with their service has been extremely frustrating. The car came with a free oil change, but every time I go in for one, they’re unable to update the car’s computer system and tell me I need to take it to BMW to get that done. It’s frustrating to have to make an extra trip to BMW for something that should be taken care of at the dealership where I bought the car.Report
On top of that, during a recent oil change and tire rotation, they failed to inform me that my tires were in poor condition and should not have been rotated. A month later, I had to replace a tire, and now I need to replace another set. This is all adding up to unnecessary costs and inconvenience that could have been avoided if they’d properly checked the condition of my tires and communicated with me.
It’s really disappointing that after almost a year of owning this car, I’m still dealing with these issues. I expected better service, especially when it’s tied to the car I purchased. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning for future service.
Bought a used Dodge charger from this dealership and had the easiest experience purchasing the vehicle. Singh was my sales person and made the whole experience great.Report

They show one price on the internet and then want substantially more. I went to see an used 2022 BMW listed for about 37K and they wanted (last offer) of 41K.Report
