Purchased my first EV, the Mustang Mach E from Chris Benner. While the car buying process can be stressful for some, I can honestly say that this process was light, stress free and full of banter. He approached the purchase with confidence, knowledge and compassion - treated me with respect and as a friend rather than dollar signs. He thoroughly reviewed the features of my Mach with me and even came to help me off-site when I had a problem figuring out the charger! What a top-notch salesman - HIGHLY recommend (and I never write reviews!)

Great place to get service. When Ken Parson’s Ford service center wouldn’t even return my calls, I tried Hagerstown. Told them I had to get the car towed there and they were accommodating and I got the car towed the same day. Daryl, who I spoke to after that was very helpful and responsive. Also, the work was not expensive as the issue was not major (but causing major problems). When I arrived to pick it up the, I was greeted and dealt with promptly and I drove away with my repaired car 10 minutes after I got there.
