We recently worked with Will Rivas for two different vehicles. Will was great, listening to what we wanted and helping us get what worked best for us. He was patient and knowledgeable, and we will definitely be back the next time we need to purchase a vehicle.

I was in the market for a car for several months. Hagerstown Ford and the remarkable service by salesman Chris Benner let me feel confident in buying one of the most amazing vehicle's I have ever purchased. I am writing this review because I it was a pleasure to purchase my car there.

Worst service I have ever received. I got my car back with more problems than it went in with and they are calling me a lier and that it's not their problem and refuse to fix it. I'm now debating on if I should just let the place I bought it from repossess it. I don't know what to do they damaged other parts to fix others. I'm so upset. That (was) the best car I have ever owned.
