Purchased a 2025 Explorer today from Hagerstown Ford. The salesman Chris Benner was very helpful and attentive all around very friendly guy. The finance manager Michael Branson is a very comical guy, and made our purchase as smooth as possible. Thank you guys for all your help!

Worst service I have ever received. I got my car back with more problems than it went in with and they are calling me a lier and that it's not their problem and refuse to fix it. I'm now debating on if I should just let the place I bought it from repossess it. I don't know what to do they damaged other parts to fix others. I'm so upset. That (was) the best car I have ever owned.
