Justin Groleau in the body shop did an outstanding job on my girlfriends 2016 Mazda CX-5 that was hit by a diesel pickup. We were originally told from the insurance company to take it Gerber collision where they quoted us the same amount as Gustman's but were unable to get the OEM front left fender panel and driver side door. Justin took charge and contacted the insurance company and took care of the rest. He even had the parts ordered and ready at the shop the day that we dropped her car off. While waiting for us to come pick the car up he noticed the front headlights were foggy and polished it clear. I was gone hunting when my girlfriend received the call that her car was finished and I was unable to drive her to drop off the rental car. My girlfriend notified Gustman's and they organized a shuttle to pick her up from Enterprise. They gave her a detailed explanation of the work that was done along with spare touch up paint for future scratches. The new paint matches great and we have no leaky doors or any rattling issues. I would highly recommend taking any body work no matter the make or model as they make sure to do the job quickly and correctly! They had her car completed in less than a week! Thank you again Justin and everyone at Gustman who helped us through this process!

We recently had four tires installed and within two months had a flat. We misplaced our receipt for it and when needing a new tire installed were asked for the receipt at another Subaru dealership for the warranty coverage. When calling Gustman Subaru they immediately recovered our receipt and emailed it to our new dealership and they gave us the warranty.

This place is the best. All car dealers should look hard at GUSTMANS on how to handle customers. Like I said GUSTMAN IS THE BEST. Keep up the GREAT WORK.
