I had an amazing car buying experience at Gurley Leep Nissan. My salesman, Drew Bradberry, was exceptional. Drew made sure I felt right at home and addressed every question I had and made sure my test drive was an enjoyable experience. Drew helped Connor, the finance pro, to get my paperwork streamlined and I was in the car of my dreams in just a couple hours. Connor and Drew rocked the sale and I HIGHLY recommend them both for exceptional customer service😎

I just recently purchased my 2022 Mercedes benz from here, very pleasant experience, everyone was super friendly and helpful, Nick Chenier did an amazing job of making sure I went home in a car that I had wanted, & was also very thorough while explaining all of the amazing features the car had to offer before sending me on my way, would definitely recommend him to anyone looking into a new car wanting an amazing experience!

BAD, BAD EXPERIENCE. Found a used vehicle, was willing to pay the listed price, tax & a $245 doc fee as listed on the website but when the details went onto paper, it included all kinds of junk fees not previously disclosed on the website. They were over $1,500 in just fees!!!! Buyer beware, dealerships are listing vehicles for cheaper just to get customers in the door & then recuperating the lowered cost in junk, fabricated fees! I will go elsewhere....

I saw a 2022 Hyundai Elantra for sale on their website in September of 2024. Went to look at it, saw it on the lot. This was after they were closed so waited until the next day to see about test driving it. It took about a week before we could even test drive it. The sales rep kept saying the maintenance manager took it home to make sure everything was OK for it to be sold. If it wasn't ready to be sold, why is it on website listed as for sale? After finally being able to look at it and drive it, we started the buying process which was also a hassle. It took several days before the deal was finalized and we could take the car home. It seemed as if no one on the sales staff knew what to do.
Fast forward to January 2025, both driver and passenger heated seats randomly stopped working. Took it in, were told it was covered under warranty but they had to buy a whole new passenger seat. That took a couple of weeks for the seat to come in and be installed. The heated seats worked for about 1 week before they stopped. Brought it back in, was told another part needed to be replaced. Had to wait a couple of days for that part to come in. Got that part replaced and within 45 mins the seats stopped working again even worse than before the "fix."
Needless to say I will never buy a vehicle here again. I would also caution anyone getting service done to check your quote. They like to tack on a $15 "COMPLIMENTARY" car wash...I guess they don't know what "complimentary" means

1 start, only because the service guys have actually been helpful. Don't get me started on the sales reps/managers. If you're looking for an automotive group that doesn't communicate with you, after MULTIPLE calls, then this is your place.

While I am happy with vehicle I purchased, the buying experience was only slightly more pleasant than a colonoscopy. I made an appointment, knew exactly which vehicle I was interested in, and went in pre-approved. I understand that other customers just show up, but they should be the one to sit and wait for 90 minutes, not the person who bothered to make an appointment. Finally, I get my turn, to talk to the salesperson and work out the purchase details, only to sit for another 2 hours waiting to see finance manager. After first hour I told salesperson if they were that busy I would run an errand and come back in a bit. I was told I would "lose my spot in line to see finance manager" if I left. You obviously know how many people are in this invisible line to see the all powerful Oz, so you can give me an estimate of how much longer it will be until I am bestowed the great honor of having a turn to give you my business and money. If it is going to be another hour, let a girl go get some food after a long day at work. After another hour, I was It was obvious my time was of no value so I headed out the door. Now I finally have their attention!

I pointed out a dent I had not seen previously and said that I would think on it overnight... see ya. Well look at that, I miraculously moved to the front of the line and was told their "body guy" would contact me to set up a time to fix the dent as part of the deal. I didn't haggle on price or what they valued my trade-in at.... let's just get this done as I have purchased many vehicles and it should not be a 4 hour process to do paperwork.

Finance manager was really high pressure on pushing the warranty and all the other extras. "No, thanks... let's just get this done." Fortunately for me, just a dumb blonde lady, he was kind enough to waste another 30 minutes of my time educating me on all that can go wrong with all of those shiny thingies under the hood that would be to complicated for the female brain to grasp and what a tragic mistake I would be making if I declined. "No thanks, I understand big motor can go boom and get all smoky and stinky, likely while I am on a deserted country road in the middle of the night. I will use this complicated thingie in my little hand to call a big, strong intelligent member of the male species to come save my helpless self". I finally managed to sign my name on all of those important looking papers and drive the car home, all by myself, didn't even break a nail. Imagine that, a girl buying a car all by herself, without a wise husband to help! Oh how far we have come!

"Body guy" never called and hasn't returned my calls about the dent, shocker, right? Do yourself a favor and buy a vehicle elsewhere, unless you pack a cooler, take a vacation day and want a spot to nap most of the day waiting.

I would give zero stars if I could. Do not ever trust a word that comes out of anyone’s mouth that works for ANY Gurley Leep entity. I was in a near fatal crash back in 2022. I gave them all the money I absolutely had for a down payment while I was still on crutches & couldn’t even drive again yet. Jake Atkins is the one who sold me the vehicle. Do not recommend him for any sale. They claimed they did all these inspections and services to it to get it ready for sale. I was so excited to buy a car again and be able to drive it. Not long after I drove it off the lot it started making a weird noise when I would drive and my wheel shook bad. I paid them over $1k to have it fixed. Mind you, the vehicle is still under warranty. They claimed they fixed the issue. 2 days later I am driving home from work on Capital Ave when the car just completely shuts off and loses all power to the engine in the middle of the intersection near the bypass. Luckily no one hit me but I did have to have it towed back to their shop to fix again. They claimed they fixed the issue…again. This time I did not have to pay because I complained to the GM Adam regarding my situation, which has become more of a nightmare. This was back in spring/summer so 6-7 months ago the car was fixed. I recently got an oil change and they recommended new tires and an alignment since my tires were not wearing evenly. I went and purchased 4 new tires and had them installed. The technician attempted to align the vehicle but said he could not because my suspension was shot. He said both tie rods are bad, cv axles are bad, both rear struts are bad, and bad ball joints. I told them that was all fixed at the beginning of the year, they said there is no way and I need to contact whoever did the work. So I immediately drove to the dealership and asked to speak to the GM who is now Jeff, they told me. Apparently, he was not in so I had to speak to Steve the finance manager. He shook my hand twice and said “Merry Christmas I am going to help you” He in fact did not help me and said there was nothing he could do for me cause he did not know my situation prior to shaking my hand. Then why would you shake my hand and say you are going to help me? Cassandra Rabe who works in the service dept is also no help at all. She tried to change the conversation by explaining to me what each part does on the vehicle like I am an incompetent female, instead of taking accountability for not fixing my vehicle after they charged me $1k and the paperwork says they fixed those parts. If I was to go out and get into an accident and die Gurley Leep Nissan would be responsible for my death. I have had way better luck at mom and pop dealer ships & that says a lot. Do not ever buy anything from Gurley Leep.

Contacted Gurley Leep group in regards to a 2018 BMW X3M40. Was very interested in the vehicle and pre approved by my bank. I was five hours away so wanted to make sure it was what I wanted. Had to ask multiple times for pictures of the vehicle. I got videos of the exterior no interior. I asked for an interior video multiple times with no response. I was planning on taking a flight to look at the car but was ghosted by Tyler.. I then call the dealership and greeted by a new salesman who tells me a “corporate person” took the car for a week and won’t be back. Guess they didn’t want the sale that bad. What a joke. I am so glad I didn’t waste my time with this dealership and ended up buying one in Grand Rapids MI. Don’t waste your time and shop elsewhere!

You sell someone a broken car have the engine light come one within 2 months. You say drive it in anytime and it will be fixed now you push them off and other dealers because they can’t fix the problem. With the nerve to tell a paying customer they how to read a contract. No transparency at all.
